1. Services Description

HOTRESUMEJOBS provides professional resume writing, resume auditing, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letter writing, career coaching, and value validation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be communicated before purchase and confirmed upon order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Process & Delivery

  • Initial Response: We respond to all inquiries and resume submissions within 24 hours of receipt during business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Completed work is typically delivered within 48–72 hours after all required materials have been received from you.
  • Revisions: Each service package includes up to 5 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery.
  • Client Cooperation: Timely delivery depends on your prompt provision of necessary materials (current resume, career details, target roles). Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due at the time of order unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept payment through our designated payment processors. We do not store your credit card or banking details.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price agreed upon at the time of purchase will be honored.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all personal information, career history, and materials you provide to us.
  • Our Work Product: Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the delivered resume(s) and documents for personal career use.
  • Our Brand: All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and branding — is owned by HOTRESUMEJOBS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without express written permission.
  • Testimonials: By providing a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use your first name, last name, professional title, and testimonial text on our Site and marketing materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your career history and qualifications
  • Not request that we fabricate, falsify, or misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
  • Review delivered documents and submit revision requests within the specified timeframe
  • Use the delivered documents for lawful purposes only

8. No Guarantee of Employment

Important: While our Services are designed to improve the effectiveness of your resume and career documents, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to: job interviews, job offers, employment, salary levels, or career advancement. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including job market conditions, employer preferences, and individual qualifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.
  • We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOTRESUMEJOBS, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information.

11. Privacy
