At HOTRESUMEJOBS, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and credits may be issued.

1. Our Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. Every service package includes 5 full rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. We encourage all clients to use these revision rounds to communicate feedback so we can make adjustments until you're satisfied.

Because our Services involve custom, personalized intellectual work tailored specifically to each client, once work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. We strongly encourage using revision rounds to address any concerns.

4. Revision Requests

  • You are entitled to 5 rounds of revisions included in every service package.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery.
  • Each revision round should include all desired changes in a single communication to ensure efficiency.
  • Revisions beyond the included 5 rounds may be available at an additional fee.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, family emergencies, etc.), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include:

  • Extended revision timeline
  • Service credit for future use
  • Partial refund

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us:

Please include your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 48 hours.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Resume audit reports (standalone)
  • Rush delivery fees
  • Consultation and coaching sessions already conducted
